Jobseeker can create 4 resumes to suite particular job profile. You can post your resume just by clicking on upload option in you account. All the resumes will be stored in your account. Jobcareers.biz forwards only that resume which matches the job requirements posted by the employers on the site.
2)How can I manage my profile?
You can change, edit or update your resume/profile through your account. You have to just click on mange profile to make specific changes and resubmit it. Who all can view my resume?
You can view your resume by just logging in. Click on manage resume and further on view resume. Your resume will be displayed. If you want to make any changes in your resume you can make changes by using mange profile option.

Employers can view contact details of free and premium members only when they buy your resume. Jobcareers.biz forwards only those resumes to the employer which matches the job requirement. When you fill your profile we ask you details about preferred job location, industry, function, etc. Make sure that you fill all these details correctly as we use this as a database to send alerts about jobs opportunities in your field of interest. You can even search for relevant jobs by using jobs by location, jobs by industry, and jobs by function options on site.

Employers have to fill information like number of job posts, qualification, job role, experience required, etc. while posting jobs on site. Jobcareers.biz uses this information to filter the resumes on site. Employers can view profiles of free and premium users and resumes of flash users. For buying complete resumes including contact details of jobseekers employer has to make payment. Once the payment is clear Jobcareers.biz sends all the resumes the employer.
